We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase from Peruvian Connection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the return/exchange form located on the back of your original packing slip, indicating the reason for return and any items you wish to receive in exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the merchandise in its original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.
Affix the Shipping Label
Use the pre-addressed SmartLabel included in your original shipment and affix it securely to the outside of your package; a flat fee will be deducted from your refund.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized USPS collection point or local Post Office, and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
